At KAIBOSH we like to keep things simple – that´s why there are no hidden charges.
Our normal delivery time for items in stock is between 7-14 working days but can be quicker for simple items or longer for more complicated requests. Your glasses or sunglasses will be delivered via post to your home address. We will notify you when your frames have been sent and you can always check on the status of your order via your account.
If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
At present we deliver to Norway and all countries within the European Union.
Returns & Replacements
We operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you let us know that you wish to return an item within 28 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange.
If you wish to return a product it should be returned in its orginal packaging and in an unused and saleable condition. If you wish to return an item please download the returns form. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us in the normal post to the address indicated on the returns form. Goods returned as payment on delivery will not be collected by us. We will refund the cost of your product within 28 days after we have received the parcel from you. If an item is delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition or does not correspond with your order, you should contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to get a replacement delivery, or if that is not possible, a refund. Items bought on the webstore should not be returned to physical stockists of Kaibosh products.
If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as you can, as orders move rapidly through our warehouse. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal returns procedure.
Unfortunately human error can sometimes lead to mistakes so we reserve the right to change or cancel orders which we cannot deliver due to wrongly presented information including prices and images. However we will always do our best to contact you and find the best solution for you. At KAIBOSH we also do our very best to provide accurate product images but sometimes due to factors such as internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, colours can appear different than in real life. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the images and the actual product but if you are not happy with the colour of your chosen product, please return it under our no-quibble return policy.
Once you have submitted an order you will be taken to the order confirmation page which you can print for your records. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation. Please check that all details are correct. If they are not, please contact us immediately. You can check the status of your orders or your order history at any time by signing in to your account.
