ORDERING

How do I know if my order went through? Once you have submitted your order, you will be taken to the order confirmation page which you can print for your records. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation, usually within minutes. Please check that all details are correct. If not please contact us immediately.

 

How do I cancel my order? You can cancel your order at any point up to the completion and shipment of your order. Please contact us at help@kaibosh.com and we will confirm cancellation. Please make sure you include your full name, your order number and a clear declaration that you wish to cancel the order in the e-mail.

If your order has already shipped, you can return your purchase to us in accordance with our return policy described below.

 

QUALITY

Does your lenses come with coating?

Yes, All our lenses have anti-reflex coating to save you from glare, and hardening treatment so you'll have less scratches.

 

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?

We accept  Visa Credit/Debit, Mastercard, and Dankort. Please note that we only accept credit cards from countries where we ship. For your safety and security we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying by Credit Card.

 

Why has my payment been declined?

Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons: 
Is your card out of date? 
Have you entered your details correctly? Correct CVC code? 
If the problem persists please contact your bank or credit card issuer.

 

Are VAT and custom fees included in the price?

Prices on the website include local VAT. No discount will be given on products where VAT is not chargeable. Kaibosh reserves the right to amend  prices to reflect any changes in local VAT.

At present we only ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the United Kingdom - no customs fees should be incurred by you within these countries.

  

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Our normal delivery time for items in stock is between 7-14 working days, but can be quicker for simple items or longer for more complicated requests. Your glasses or sunglasses will be delivered via post to your home address. When your order has been shipped we will send you another e-mail so you know your new Kaibosh eyewear is on its way.

 

When will I receive my order?

Your order will normally be delivered via your local postal service. Within Europe orders normally take between 3-7 working days from date of dispatch from us.

 

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer tracking of your order once it is despatched from us.

 

What if I haven´t received my order?

Packages sent via regular postal service do not carry tracking numbers so cannot be tracked once they have left us. We ask that you allow 7 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us to advise that you have not received your item.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expense. Additionally orders that are abandoned by you for any reason will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expense.

 

RETURNS

 

What is your returns policy?

We operate a no-quibble returns policy. If you don´t feel 100% comfortable with your purchase and let us know that you wish to return it within 28 days of receipt, we´ll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange.


This is how you do it; 
1. Contact us to ask for a return form.
2. Return the product to us unused and in its orginal packaging via normal post to the address indicated on the form.

 

When will I get my money back?

Returns and exchanges mailed to us may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. We will refund the cost of your product within 28 days of receiving the parcel from you.

How should I care for my KAIBOSH eyewear?

To maximize the lifetime of your eyewear always keep it safely protected in the case provided.

Clean the lenses with the cloth provided or other lint-free cloth and warm soapy water or special lens cleaner.

It is normal for the hinge screws to loosen a little over time. These can be tightened with a screwdriver available at hardware stores or from your optician.

How can I check the status of my order?

Simply sign in to your account to view your order history and check the status of your orders.

 

I forgot my password.

Don't worry. Just go to LOG IN at the top of the screen and you'll see the text FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? on the login screen. Click on the text, enter your login id and a new password will be sent to your e-mail address.
